I was eager to visit the Synagogue and Museum in Presov, so I chose to stay at Black Horse Hotel due to its great location. However, the multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk pleasantly surprised me. They were fluent in Czech, German, English, and Spanish, which made communication easy and enjoyable. I also appreciated the 24-hour front desk and shared lounge, as well as the free WiFi throughout the property. The free continental breakfast was a great amenity as well.

I had a great stay at the Hotel Black Horse! The room was incredibly spacious and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff was exceptional, even going above and beyond on their day off to assist me during check-in.
The breakfast menu could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
